This Site is operated by Beyond Consulting Ltd. ("BYND," "we," "us," or "our"), a fractional executive and business support provider serving clients in Calgary, Edmonton, Lethbridge, and communities across Alberta, Canada.

This Site is provided for general informational purposes, to describe our services, and to allow visitors to request a consultation or book time with us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy or scrape its content for commercial use.

4. Bookings and Service Engagements

Consultations booked through this Site are scheduled using a third-party booking platform (currently Receptyv). Booking a consultation does not itself create a service agreement. The specific scope, fees, and terms of any engagement with BYND will be set out in a separate written agreement between you and BYND before any paid work begins.

This Site may link to or rely on third-party services, including our scheduling platform and website host. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
